Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
